D.L. Duncan brings his flair for the blues to Riff Raff Brewing Company

D.L. Duncan has been a well-kept secret for most music fans for a few years now. He has however, developed quite a reputation among American musicians themselves… guests on his new self-titled CD include Sonny Landreth (slide guitar), Delbert McClinton (harmonica), David Hood (bass), The McCrary Singers (vocals), and Kevin McKendree (piano).

As a songwriter, D.L. Duncan has received 2 Gold Records for his country-flavored songs… one recorded by country mega-star, Lorrie Morgan, (“1-800-Use To Be”) and another by Nashville Star winner Buddy Jewell (“You Know How Women Are”).

Duncan was twice nominated for Blues Music Song of The Year recognition. Along with co-writer Curtis Salgado, the two were recognized for the classic “20 Years of BB King” and also for the Johnny Taylor-inspired “She Didn’t Cut Me Loose”.
