The Riff Raff has amazing atmosphere and wonderful food & beers. We had the Plebian Porter and since we couldn't decide on one, tried both the Nacho Bidness and Redneck Nachos. Wow - we were so glad we did that! Both are excellent. Anyone have & would share the recipe for the cucumber - tomato pico that is on top? We got home a month ago, and we're still thinking about how good those nachos were. It would be awesome to try to making that at home until we can get back to Pagosa Springs for the real thing!
