Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take reservations?
We do not take reservations as we’re more of a first come, first serve type of establishment.
However…Riff Raff does has a text message waitlist that allows you to come to the restaurant and have the host add you to the list. You can then wait onsite, or offsite, until you receive the text message that your table is ready.
We do offer reservation of rooms for organizational meetings like non-profit board meetings given advance notice of at least 5 days.
What if I have a large party (6 or more)?
We generally recommend coming at least 30 minutes before you’d like to be seated; at this point you can also be added to our text message waitlist.
During holiday periods and spring break, our wait can get up to two hours long so please plan on coming at least an hour before you’d like to be seated, and remember to be patient and kind to our staff as seating large parties often has many complications. We promise that our staff is well-trained and works hard to ensure you have a great experience during your time at Riff Raff!
Do you allow dogs?
All service dogs are allowed in all areas of the building, per ADA requirements. Service dogs do not include Emotional Service Animals (ESAs) as these are not covered under ADA regulations.
For non-service animals, we provide specified pet areas located outside each location. Please ask the host if you are unsure how to use these areas or where they’re located. Becuase of previous negative encounters with dogs that have bitten servers or snapped at other guests, Riff Raff does not provide full service in pet areas. Please designate someone in your party to stay with the dog while another person heads to the bar to place orders for the party.
What about Service Dogs?
We allow Service Dogs in our restaurants as long as the dog(s) are ADA certified and properly trained to perform the task specifically covered by the ADA.
Businesses and public entities are only legally allowed to ask two questions to inquire about a service animal:
1. Is this a service animal?
2. What task has the animal been trained to perform?
Emotional support, companion or assistance animals do not qualify as service animals and are not protected under the ADA.
Do you have ADA handicap access?
Yes. We provide ADA access into both restaurants. Please see the host for the accessible areas.
How can I get a gift card?
You can can call either restaurant, or you can download the Riff Raff Brewing Company App to purchase an electronic gift card online. First, you will need to register for our app, and then you’re able to purchase the gift card through the app. The app gets you points toward free drinks, food, merch, and more! You’ll also receive only the most necessary messages regarding epic releases, events, special dinners, etc. No spamming from us!
Can you ship me beer?
That would be AWESOME, but also, currently illegal. We do, however, distribute around Colorado. Check out our To-Go page to see where we have our beer, and/or where it’s on tap. If there’s nothing near you, you’ll just have to come visit us in Pagosa Springs for a freshie!
I’m a musician, or entertainer of some sort, and I’m interested in playing at your establishment(s), who do I contact?
